My writing portfolio

My writing portfolio includes examples of the different kinds of documentation, aimed at different audiences, that I have written. I chose examples for which I am responsible for the majority of the work: text, graphics, and layout.

Reference documentation for programmers, system administrators, and engineers

• nfxCreateQueue from the NaturalFax™ Developer's Reference Manual, which describes a function call from the NaturalFax API.

• nfxcnvrt from the NaturalFax™ Developer's Reference Manual, which describes how to use a file format conversion utility.

• Programming Model from the NaturalFax™ Developer's Reference Manual, which describes how to integrate fax functionality into a telephony application. 

• System Monitoring and Logging, which describes the design and  implementation of system monitoring and logging for  LuckyMe™  online gambling site and provides instructions for its use. 

• AG-8 and AG-8/80 Installation and Developer's Manual , which describes how to install and use two variations of the same telephony daughter board.

Documentation for end-users

• Chapter 2: Getting Started from the final draft of Supervisor™  User's Guide, which describes how to use a system monitoring application.
