I am an enthusiastic, accurate, and thorough technical writer and technical editor. I believe that good documentation must be usable as well as accurate and complete. Web sites need the same qualities to be effective: every bit of content needs to be findable through several paths, and should be placed with other relevant topics (and/or links to same).
